CoxDENS® PP Flex CFS 110
This renovation solution is suitable for installing a flexible PP flue pipe Ø 110 mm in an existing Communal Flue System (CFS) or shaft, to which 2 to 4 central heating boilers can be connected.
It is a closed system with combustion air supply and flue gas extraction.
This design is fully tailored to modern renovation projects in multi-storey buildings.
Specifications
- Suitable for 2 to 4 floors.
- The existing duct needs to have a minimum size of Ø 150 mm.
- A flexible PP pipe with Ø 110 mm will be installed. This pipe is UV-stable.
- The connection to the central heating boiler is Ø 60/100 mm.
- Each floor has its own T-piece.
- Condensate drainage takes place on each floor.
- Inside the house, a concentric fire-resistant wall plate has to be installed.
Install the PP flexible pipe with a T-piece on each floor.
Fit the stainless steel bracket. The flexible pipe is secured.
Connect the connecting pipe to the T-piece.
Install a concentric cover plate on the CFS pipe.
Close the shaft with a fire-resistant wall plate.
Fit a concentric fire collar.
The next steps are:
- Applying the wall plate sticker, also known as the shaft ID.
- Fitting the outlet terminal.
- Cleaning or sealing the old CFS waste pipe.
