If you apply for a job via the website, we collect the data you provide to assess whether you are suitable for the vacant position. We have a legitimate interest in doing this. In addition, if you have given us your permission, we may enter your data into our system so that we can approach you for other available and suitable positions. The provision of personal data is not required by law. However, if you do not provide us with this personal data, we may not be able to assess whether you are suitable as a candidate for a vacant position.
With whom do we share data?
As a rule, we do not share your data with third parties. However, we may engage third parties for the execution of IT services. These third parties process the data only on our request, for our benefit and for no other purpose. We have made agreements with these parties regarding the processing of personal data. We do not pass on personal data to third parties outside the European Economic Area.
For how long do we keep your data?
After fulfilling your request, we will delete your data after 4 weeks. We will retain applicant data for up to four weeks after the end of the application period at the latest. If you have given us your permission to keep your data for the purpose of notifying you of future vacancies, we will keep your data for a maximum of one year after the end of the application process. You can withdraw your consent at any time by contacting the Human Resources Department at firstname.lastname@example.org or by calling +31 (0)43 40 99 500.
