New build project Berckelbosch in Eindhoven, Netherlands:
81 Dwellings with heat pump covers
In the Berckelbosch project in Eindhoven, 81 dwellings are being fitted with an ECONEXT® heat pump cover including a pre-installed Remeha Mercuria heat pump outdoor unit. This has been realised over a period of 6 to 7 months, from December to June 2023.
Heat pump roof covers - ready to be connected - delivered to the building site
In close cooperation with the client and the installer, the 81 roof covers were delivered to the construction site in Eindhoven in 11 partial deliveries at the agreed time, ready to be connected, i.e. including the heat pump outdoor unit. With the rented lift truck, they were all installed on the roof on the same day. That is what we mean by making things easier for you.
How does it work? The ECONEXT® covers are manufactured in advance at Cox Geelen in Eijsden according to the specifications of the type of outdoor unit, roof pitch and colour. Then the split unit or monobloc is delivered by the customer and we or the customer ensure that the unit is correctly fitted into the cover. The complete roof covers are then transported and delivered to the project at the agreed time.
This project involved 2 different designs of roof covers, both in gutter and ridge design, with 2 different roof pitches. The chosen colour is RAL 9005 textura. The work was carried out by Klimaat@Home.
