For what purpose do we process personal data?

Personal data is only obtained by us because you have provided it to us for example, when you requested documentation, provided contact information or - if applicable - made a purchase. When you provided us with your e-mail address, or subscribed to our newsletter, we use your personal data to keep you updated and informed about our (new) products and/or services. If you apply for a job via the website, we collect the data you provide to assess whether you are suitable for the vacant position. We have a legitimate interest in doing this. In addition, if you have given us your permission, we may enter your data into our system so that we can approach you for other available and suitable positions. The provision of personal data is not required by law. However, if you do not provide us with this personal data, we may not be able to assess whether you are suitable as a candidate for a vacant position. 

 

With whom do we share data?

As a rule, we do not share your data with third parties. However, we may engage third parties for the execution of IT services. These third parties process the data only on our request, for our benefit and for no other purpose. We have made agreements with these parties regarding the processing of personal data. We do not pass on personal data to third parties outside the European Economic Area.

For how long do we keep your data?

After fulfilling your request, we will delete your data after 4 weeks. We will retain applicant data for up to four weeks after the end of the application period at the latest. If you have given us your permission to keep your data for the purpose of notifying you of future vacancies, we will keep your data for a maximum of one year after the end of the application process. You can withdraw your consent at any time by contacting the Human Resources Department at m.packbier@coxgeelen.com or by calling +31 (0)43 40 99 500.

This site uses a web analysis service. This service uses "cookies" (small text files stored on your computer) in order to help analyzing the website and to analyze how users use the site. We may extend this period by two months in view of the complexity of your request or the number of requests we receive. We will inform you in such a case. You have the right to lodge a complaint with the Data Protection Authority at any time.
